This hotel is well placed for touring the city, located right in the heart of Bruges. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of the city center, as well as popular attractions like the De Halve Maan beer brewery and the Diamond Museum. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including a Carrefour Express just across the street. The location couldn't be better!

The only downside I experienced at this hotel was the weak wifi signal in my room. Although it was a minor inconvenience, it's worth noting that the wifi seemed stronger in the reception/bar area.

They gave us a standard queen room with a comfortable bed, ample bathroom, for example. Food was good, drinks were warm. A bar in the reception, convenient. We had a very lovely experience.

Staff and location were excellent and I especially loved that the place was spotlessly clean. The room was well laid out with comfy beds. The restaurant was good, it had hot dishes.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The parking under the hotel was very convenient, and it was great to have a supermarket just across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the everyday maid service was a pleasant surprise. The room wasnice and neat, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had a great mirror and good lighting, made getting ready easy.

The staff at this hotel were amazing - they were friendly, helpful, and even tried speaking some Dutch with me. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great, although a bit temperamental. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and in a quiet area. The hotel had easy access to the main shopping area and was relatively close to the center. It was also conveniently located on a hill right beside the central station.

The room was a bit small and lacked some amenities like an in-room kettle with tea/coffee or fridge facilities. there were some maintenance issues such as a broken TV and lights that didn't work properly.
